Employer Funded 401k Match
Deaconess matches a percentage of the first 6% of employee 401k contributions when meeting all criteria. Deaconess match
is guaranteed at 25% of the first 6% and additional match may occur if Deaconess meets or exceeds financial targets.
Employer Funded 401k Retirement Savings Plan
Deaconess will contribute 2-5% of eligible pay into the 401k when meeting all criteria. Retirement Savings Plan
contributions does not require employee participation.
