Job Overview
This position will provide the Finance Department with an internal resource who is to assist overseeing the operations, processes, and procedures utilized by the Finance department.  Systems include, but not limited to, Payroll, Time and Attendance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivable.  This position will help facilitate and coordinate system activities occurring in the department relating to the above systems. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: Work\troubleshoot various systems, audit\analysis, create various reports as required by governmental agencies, and work with the payroll team. The candidate must work well in a team setting as well as be able to work independently.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, provide superior service, able to problem solve, not afraid to ask questions, and be open minded.  The candidate must have excellent keyboarding skills and able to work in Excel and Outlook.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with three years minimum experience in systems, audit, accounting, business administration or related field.
