As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgement. The Surgery Oncology department is a 32 bed inpatient adult comprehensive multidisciplinary unit that provides care to general surgery and oncology patients with remote telemetry capabilities. Surgery/Oncology provides pre and post op care to the surgery patient as well as provides chemotherapy and symptom management to the oncology patient. The environment is welcoming to families, and all patient rooms are private. Education of treatment is provided to both the patient and family to provide patient-centered care
Required: Certifications/Licenses in IN or compact licensure states:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
