Summary

Patient Connect Representative I - Access and Logistics Center

 

This is a fast paced job in a 24/7 department that handles all incoming calls to the health system using a computerized phone system, including the following: medical answering service calls, emergency life safety calls, general switchboard calls, class registration, scheduling appointments and physician finder calls. Applicant must possess excellent grammar and spelling ability as well as the ability to multitask.  Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in computer use is a necessity in this role. With this position, there is an expectation of working every other weekend and at least 3 holidays per year.
